Missed Call Messenger detects when there is amissed call, cross checks the number against individual numbers inthe applications' database to see if there is a text messagedefined for the missed call number. And if there is, theapplication automatically sends the predefined text message to themissed call number. If a message has been set as response to allmissed calls, regardless of the number, then this text message willbe sent to any missed call that occurs. Missed Call Messenger alsoallows you to schedule SMS, Facebook and Twitter posts.FeaturesAll ContactsWith the all contacts option, a user has the option of defining atext message that will be used as response to all missed calls thatoccurs within the set duration.Selected ContactsThe selected contacts option allows a user to select individualcontacts and define the specific message for each contact in case amissed call occurs from any of those contacts. With this option,each selected contact has it's own message that will be used asresponse for missed calls.SchedulingThis check-box opens up the scheduling panel. This panel allows theuser to:i. set from which time to which time the application should respondwith text messages if missed calls occur. If no time is selected(99:99), the application will respond at all times. If a time rangeis selected, and a missed call occurs not within the time range,the application will not respond. It will only respond if themissed call occurs within it's time range.ii. Select days on which the application should respond to missedcall events. If missed calls occur on days which have not beenselected, the application will not respond.iii. Select whether to repeat the schedule every week.When the scheduling check-box is unchecked and the panel goes away,all entered values are erased. So for scheduling to work, thescheduling check-box must be checked, with the panel visible.Other Featuresi. Once “Selected Contacts” option is used to set message, a listmenu is created accessible through the menu button which shows allset messages for selected contacts. Clicking on a list item giveyou the option of deleting that entry from the list ofentries.ii. When “All Contacts” option is used to set message, a menu itemthat allows you to view the set message is created. You also havethe option of editing and saving the old message. You can alsodelete the message by selecting the “Undo All Contacts message”menu item.iii. After the application sends a text message as response for amissed call, any missed call event generated by that same number isignored for the next 15 minutes.iv. After a message is sent automatically, a notification isprovided by the application.Note to Android 5.1 and above usersBecause of the introduction of Doze mode or whatever it's called inyour brand of Android device, this mode prevents this app fromworking in the background to deliver your messages when you turnoff the screen of your device. It equally prevents this app fromaccessing your network and efficiently delivering your Tweets andPosts. It also prevents this app from auto-restarting when youreboot(turn off and back on) your Android device.To enable this app(Missed Call Messenger) to work perfectly, youmust locate the System manager which allows applications toauto-start on your device, and add this app to the list ofapplications that are allowed to auto-start.You must also locate the Battery/Power management application onyour device and add this app to the list of apps that are allowedto continue working when the screen of your device is turnedoff.Add this application also to the list of apps that are allowed toaccess/use the network when the screen of the screen of your deviceis turned off.These three conditions must be met on Android 5.1 and above devicesto enable this app to function efficiently in delivering yourmessages, tweets and posts.Thank you.
